    It's doe's make you wonder. I'll get them soaking in some oil overnight, and hopfully everything will undo OK. Thanks for all the advice,:)

    Thanks for the help.. I know what I'm doing now...:rolleyes: I think that where the problem lies.. I got myself a Haynes manual, and as with others I've brought in the past, never find them that usefull.

    Is this where my thermostat lives? (2.5 N/A) Got a new one to pop in, and I'm going to change the coolant at the same time. What's the ratio of water to coolant in this engine? Thanks

    I've always thought my 2.5N/A 90 was sounding a bit raspy.. I think this is why!!:eek: Would I be best undoing as much of the system as possible, so to get everything to line up. Or do you think if I can get the touque the joint together?

    Paid £1800 for it.... Not sure if thats a good price or not.... but she's solid, and so far reliable, so I'm happy:):) Slowly working through my fluid changes, and fixing some cosmetic repairs - would help if this bloody rain would stop!:mad:

    Thanks for the advice. To fold the windscreen down, is it just a case of undoing the two bolts at on inside, bottom corners of the windscreen?
