I have a 2.5 N/A for sale if you want one! Have gearbox, and zorst system too for sale:) Oh... and get a 200. I've just had mine converted. The engine delivers the power perfectly, and you'll be saving a load on fuel too - and no funny fangled electricker to go wrong, just good old fashioned...

mmmm, interesting. The only reason I've noticed it more, is because the downpipe has been leaking since fitting, and since I have stopped the leak, yeh the engine feels like it is struggling to breathe. I might introduce the leak again until the new zorst is fitted - might make an annoying...

Finally got my engine swapped from a 2.5 N/A to a 2.5 TDi.... WOW!! What a difference it makes. A lot quieter than my N/A, and the torque delivery is spot on; exactly where you want it - low down the rev range. Where I live there is steep hill, after steep hill, so I need the grunt very low...

I've got a new foam seal to replace , below the windscreen. I just wanted to ask, the sealant above the windscreen, that seals the roof to the windscreen - Do I need to replace that with a Polyurethane (Sikoflex) type sealant? What's the best way to break the seal above the windscreen. last...

Thanks for all the advice and help. I've ditched the idea of fitting a 300, and got myself a nice 200 instead... Fingers crossed it will be in, in a week or two.:D

Don't know to be honest:( But i'm thinking the 300tdi conversion into a 90 is not the a straightforward job.:mad: Just want to know wether the R380 just slots in, or is there some alterations needed?
