not much to update atm been sanding the front bumper down to get it ready for powder coating, when it gets powder coated will that smooth over all the pitted bits? and if it gets sand blasted before it gets coated is there any point in me treating the rust if it's all going to get taken off by...

i've got most of the rusty wire off now and i've run out of gas but it needs a good service and a new liner but i can get a weld but it just breaks off :(

looks good, arc welding is slightly more tricky then mig welding but is good when you get the hang of it

atm the welds don't seem to be too strong but all i want it for atm is to rejoin the arch back onto the c pillar on the disco and a friend wants to use it to build a roof rack for his l200 i want to replace the tip and the shroud any ideas on where to get this? also the wire liner but i'm not...

Right i know there are alot of threads out there for this so i'm sorry to be repetitive. How meny different types of sankay are there? i know of wide track, narrow track and wolf spec (have i missed any?). what are the differences between these? what are the specs on them weight, hight, width...
