Okay this looks perfect.... it's the 'insulation' to prevent condensation that people mention that I am not sure about. Does the camping mat idea glued to the roof prevent condensation or just absorb it?

I have a Rebel guard fitted to my 1997 300tdi and it is one piece and very solid. I am not familiar with the jacking slots but anyway Rebel do have a website you can google and make your mind up.... mine still looks as good 3 years later, no rust... make sure you fit proper bolts that are rated...

I think a 90 version would look nicer than the 110.

Could it be the tyres are not suited to doing 90mph? I think that's almost a land speed record as it is!........stick to 60mph :)

I found the diagrams on paddocks website helpful re exhausts...... the rest of the exhaust is not that expensive. I would think that the other 2 correct sections to match the one you fitted should sort it. But...

looks like a few vehicles have been stripped and put back together in any order....they are commercial or van sides with glass in. What does your log book say the vehicle is? As above...... looks okay but it aint right. Too many wrong bits?

I picked up 5ltr of 15/40 diesel mineral oil suitable for the older engines like my 1997 300tdi for just £10 saving at least £6 from my local Asda. Not sure if its a nationwide offer.
