This week I decided to give my recently acquired td5 2005 110 a service. I started with the oil and oil filters. One of the bolts on the centrifugal filter had been threaded and just spun loosely. I've not fixed that yet but oil doesn't leak without the bolt. The air filter looks like it's not...

So today I decided to grease my propshaft nipples on my Td5 like I've done on my 200tdi 110 many times before. One of the nipples come off! Does anyone know what size nipples I can buy and is it fairly easy to fit new ones?

Also have you jacked the front up on each side separately to simulate articulation? Do they rub?

How compressed do your springs look now? If they are compressed due to the winch then maybe hd springs are better. You need some travel in them.

I sold my 535d m sport earlier this year. The photos probably were on the bridge. Sold it to a guy in E London. I'd try some lift blocks on the front

What's the spec of your wheels and tyres? Maybe you need to hd springs up front. Or if your happy with the ride then some spacer blocks maybe. That bridge is Herts. I use it for all my car photos.

I like the look! I've got my 110 td5 lifted 1" rear and my 200tdi 110 3" rear and 2" front. Incidentally this is my 200tdi with terrafirma +2 med front and back for you to compare. It's before I added the 3" rear lift.

The red ones coming along. It's been undersealed, remapped, straight through exhaust (sounds awesome on a td5), 285's on Mach 5 replicas, stereo and speaker upgrade, bash plates, recover points etc etc My welding skills are even getting a bit better lol. Decat and centre box removal pipes...

Your mod 110 should already have a hinged screen. That's how the mod ordered them.
