what car should the smiths rev counter be from and should it be cable driven as a lot of them i have seen are cable driven

if there is one older ht lead (Spark plug lead) that is probably your problem as the old one is getting worn up as it is always a good idea to change ht leads from time to time sometimes you can get more power from an old engine by changing the plugs and leads so change all the leads for a new...

it is a lot higher than any series 3 i have heard so it would be interesting to see what it actually revs to

i think my 2.25 petrol needs a rev counter as it has a hi comp head on it a 4 port tubular manifold and a larger bore exhaust and it sounds as if it is revving up to about 6 or 7000 rpm so it may have been balanced as well so how do you fit a rev counter then?

i have a set of pro comp 3000 shocks on my series 3 88 are they any good for off road or are they any good for anything even?

the stickers say land rover cup on them on the little emblems it cant have been that long ago as there is a web address on it which i have forgotten (whoops) and a picture of it at the moment but in the rally it was a green rag top

i have just bought a series 3 88" and the owner said it was used in a rally somewhere out poland way could anyone tell me more about this rally please as i want to do it up to that point in time it has got a sticker on it from the rally try and put it on here
