Iv'e spent the last two years rebuilding my 90. It was done so i could work in the snow so if someone wants pulled out it would need to be £25.00 unless it was a woman with kids.

Looking at the photos it looks that you have welded what was left of the bolt to the case...

Think some of the problems come when people fit the new transistor relay instead of the older mec one. This brings on the two lights at once. Have been doing a search to find the diagram but can't find it right now.
