Cheers for that but i've found the problem :D Siezed wiper mech, that caused the motor to burn out which in turn was causing the smell at the fuse box and switch, the relays are still clicking and supplying the feed to the motor so i guess the switch is ok although i did plug it in to test...

Right done all the earths all taken off cleaned and replaced and 2 extra one put on between the engine and battery and and engine and chassis just to make sure. The smell is still there but the old nose has narrowed it down to the fuse box and or wiper switch, i've removed the wiper switch so...
