    breather pipes

    Hello guys, I have the same questions as gstuart. I was wondering for awhile now if this little orifice on the autobox is a vent/breather and should it be raised a little as it could get some dirt stuff in it. What do you say ?

    Hi guys. Ive been wondering for a while now about a weird thing. Here goes... Can I make the 2nd LP fuel pump work while the primary one is bypassed (in a closed loop - feed and return lines connected together)???? If anyone has the knowledge and the experience on the matter , please share . Thanks

Actually I dont know how it looked originally as mine was replaced (probably by the previous owner or by some rotten mechanic ) with a steel bolt and the black plastic around was cut out very roughly for no apparent reason to me.     I`ll try that tomorrow. Hopefully it would solve my problem. Just out of curiosity what is the bolt on the bottom side of the housing for? Is it just for fuel draining or is it for retaining the top part with the orifices in place ?

    Hi there Phill E. You have to disconnect the RH side knee pipe(when facing the engine bay) which actually is the only one visible when the plastic engine cover is on. That`s the one.
