EGR bypass kits are available from eBay. Do a search on there and you should find them. The black one is the better of the two apparently! Also do a search on here as it has been covered loads of times already and should answer all your questions!

How recently did you buy it? Did it come with any sort of warranty so you have recourse with the garage you bought it from?

Metal plates are just spacers as far as I know. You could probably just fabricate some from some sheet steel or alloy. Did you get all the correct sizes of bolts with it? What about the electrics? I just fitted a tow-bar recently to my own FL and should still have the instructions about...

I've been enjoying the benefits of A/C today too! My FL is the first car I've had with Air-con too! It's great!

Thought that myself! Seems that the bearing on the Kia can't be removed from the shaft that easily. Can't heat it to take it off as it will destroy the housing! So very hard to get one from a scrapped car. There's only one bearing too unlike the Freebie which has two! He did join a "Kia Forum"...

Mate of mine has a 2005 Kia Sportage, drives well and is a nice wagon apart from it now needs a new centre support bearing for the propshaft. Guess what? You can't buy the bearing separate! Kia don't do it on it's own! Only a complete prop assembly at over £900!! Other parts don't seem that...

It could be "Balmoral Green" or "Trident Green" or "Bottle\Brooklands Green" or "Bronze Green" or " Ascot Green" going by the model year? 1985? Hard to tell from the photo on the computer but you might have some luck if you check the vehicle colour against these charts yourself! Land Rover...

The main LR dealer (part of a large dealer group) nearest to me will give you a courtesy car but only if you pay for it! Not really a courtesy car then is it? They will give you a lift back into the centre of town for free however! NOT so handy when you have to go back to pick your landy up...

I haven't had any problems with mine in the dry or the wet! Grand off-road too! Saying that I don't drive like an eejit when the roads are wet and greasy! :D

Where you based?

With the ignition off? Must be a short somewhere that's allowing it to run independent of the ignition. The fan is under the dashboard on the passenger side (RH drive model), you could check the wiring running from there to the switch and fuse box to start with.
