As above advice from Anaconda. I did near enough the same as him on my 300 tdi 90. Used the stuff you see in that photo. I used more than 50 sheets would you believe. Was fine. Got the acoustic mat too, way better than original. Makes the machine a lot more bearable…but now I can hear the better...

Made me laugh…was at Tesco one night and me n Mrs get out to go over and she says are you not locking the 90 and I said no cos I hope someone is stupid enough to nick it and do me a favour…

Well enjoy working on your pride and joy…found the same working on my old pal… a lot of the parts I found were not quite to the same standard as the old stuff…bit of a mine field finding parts. Shop carefully boss. 👍

Hello mate. An F reg would not have had the 300 tdi engine. It might have been fitted in place of the original engine. Probably a diesel 19J 2.5. It might have had a bit of ropey wiring work done on it. If you can get yourself a wiring diagram and give it a good check.

I did pal. Actually fitted new ones as I replaced both doors with new ones. The old doors were rotted out. I just wonder if the heater matrix was not of best quality and was not doing the heat exchanging effect very good. Checked every part of the system.
