Could be thermostat stuck open, easiest way to get an idea is if you run the engine for a few minutes the engine should warm up but the radiator should still be cold until the thermostat opens. Looks like a very tidy machine. John.

I have taxed off the new keeper slip in the past, as regards the MOT certificate any MOT station can give you a copy (for a fee) and it should not be any bother. John.

Go to your local lock smith shop, a real lock smith will be able to sort you out. My local one got me keys for my doors when I bought it and it had none. John
