My biggest problem is knowing how to route things that have been fiddled with before. I.e power steering hoses for starters they come of the reservoir and touch the intercooler pipe connection. No matter what I do. Is there any where to get a reference on how they would have been routed.

New one is on order. A magnet is attracted to the tube but hardly at all. It must be some kind of alloy which probs won't weld £15 delivered. Not bad. I think it's been spraying oil on the block but that could be a leaky manifold. Both being done soon.

Mine had the red stuff when I bought it. I just did a vehicle look up on The comma site and still the red stuff. Been in 3 years now with no problem. If you change the type you have to really flush out well as some can change to as thick gel when mixed which will bugger it up even quicker.....

Panic over.... I removed the pump and then remove the little pipe. Turns out there is an o ring that had gone hard. I replaced it and leak solved. I thought I'd fractured the pipe. Thanks
