Today... Fuel tank on properly with sender & pipe, insulated loom, roll bar back on & bump stops & new battery...opened the box with the footwells & tub braces in :) Fitting braces tomorrow & maybe exhaust if there's time.

Putting the new pipe on though was a piece of PI55!!! I had to move the ABS modulator & the pas reservoir to get my impact wrench in upside down!!! Good luck with the head...once its running-dont switch it off too soon!! my mate did his, switched it off after a minute & it wouldnt start again!

Ace fixings seem ok.I have just noticed when I wiggle my front exhaust pipe the flexi joint makes a grating noise inside the woven wire section...could be that on its way out I spose.no cat thankfully !

Evening all. This is a strange one. When coming off throttle at about 40-50mph I get a metallic vibration sound from the drivers side engine bay.like how you would imagine a metal pipe vibrating on a chassis to sound.it goes below 40.its not steering related and has only started on the last 100...

Does the button on the dash not unlock the back doors ? Sounds like you need new electronic latches...easy to change

No...got a second hand one 200 miles the weekend and no leaks so looks sorted :-) The guy at OEC is repairing the old one for me for the trouble so Ill either flog it to cover the replacement or keep as a spare.
