I used hammerite primer yes ... Paint it with one coat straight from the blasters...it will rust at the first sniff of moisture if left even a couple of days . They may prime it for you for more money...I had a whole chassis done for 50 quid.

In my opinion yes...HDC is a pain in the arse as it locks wheels when you dont want it to. I never use it...but the TC becomes reduced in function if you enable diff lock and dont mod (or cut!) the feed for it to the SLABS ecu when you retrofit diff lock.Mod the wire & you have TC & difflock...

D2 early models...no lock but the essentials in box...mid to late models no essentials in box...last few in 04 had the essentials & the ability to use it from the cab out of the factory

if that doesnt work, it should open from inside.if not pull the door card off and move the lever by hand. remove latch-clean & regrease & refit if it does it again its a new one.

gonna brave the rain this weekend and... put the belts in, seat covers & load liners paint the new footwells put the headliner back, new interior lights wash the old dog hair off the dash brake shoes Just leavin the tyres...I can almost be the fat lady singing :)
