LOL@ Station...I knew there was a reason I was gonna fit a cd player ;-) please explain MHM...is that the Intermediate shaft between the gearbox & tranny box?

In the 110, (84 12j), unless we change gear VERY gently letting the clutch pedal back up, we get a clunk noise from under the front seats, like theres play somewhere... The prop UJs "seem" fine but wouldnt rule them out...could there be play in the tranny box output flanges does anyone know?

i doubt its the box..ive not touched it & was fine before...tracked it a bot today & was a bit better...will do it again over the weekend & drive it with the damper off to see the difference...

And yes!! After 11 months!!! We have an MOT!!!!!!! Finished pics on Sunday ;-)

Ive had the amigos on for 3 weeks now...its being plugged in tomorrow...odd thing is in that time, my battery has been going more flat each week & tonight so low I had to jump start.Alarm went off & everything! I also have a split charge installed for 2 years now & when I was trying to start it...

!!!! yeah, theres no wobble so ill get the tape measure & the mole grips out in the morning :) cheers

oh well...ill have them off again if all else fails!

I guess he assumed my Disco induced craze for modifying had leant on the 110 too :D

cheers...theres no leaks, im sure its the track rod now as i literally adjusted it by eye. Interesting on the swivels though as i did replace all the seals..but didnt touch the top & bottom pins at all...

hi James not touched the box, drop arm is forward when wheels are straight...maybe the track rod is out? Or Im thinking maybe a worn column UJ?

Evenin all.. well the 110 is having its mot tomorrow after a 12 month rebuild...:D Have noticed a possible steering issue on the way home in it tonight though... The steering return is quite poor..as in rather than self centering out of a corner it is required to assist this by turning...

I don't get why its so much? It only takes half hour and most of the shot is reused! How bad is the chassis?

No probs! Yeah I trailered the bare chassis there and it was hung in their workshop from an rsj on a chain...

Blasting only...110 so if yours it shorter shoukd be cheaper than that mate
