I didn't try that on the prop shafts. Tomorrow I'll be sending the car for the wheel alignment again and I'll check it then. About the vibration, it's not like before. There's been improvement. Now it's constant regardless of the direction (as far I can tell) and at higher speed than before...

Today I got the violent wobble again on a left turn at around 85 Kph. Not as violent as before but still... I'm going to try and replace the track rods this weekend and see what will happen. I just might do the front brakes as well.

It fits. Worked for me as well (so far...). The only strange fact for me is: how was it possible to be driving with no rubber left on the bushes and everything was well, not even a slight vibration? And, how did the new bushes caused the wobble to appear?

I didn't have a steering wobble, I had no bushes at all! The steering wobble came on after replacing the bushes... And I'm not saying the bushes are causing the wobble, I'm just giving my opinion that they are too hard and make the ride uncomfortable. That would be the only reason why I would...

Update... New steering damper in place and that made quite a difference. The old one had no action at all! 50 Km done. No death wobble (so far) and very little vibration remaining. Steering is a lot more responsive and a lot less play than before the bushes were fitted and I get to feel every...

Update... So, got the car back from the workshop. Couldn't have a look underneath yet, but driving has improved. I'll be checking underneath later on. No more death wobble so far (only drove 5 Km highway), but still there's a vibration. I would say the remaining of the vibration is down to...

They do look like it... But the DC7107 kit is not supposed to have any shock bushes, according to the kit description. Also, at the workshop, they've fitted the rear radius bushes in the front radius to chassi. That can explain the wobble!

I think I might have found the reason for my death wobble... But I need someone to confirm if the bush kit goes in the way I highlighted in the picture above. And what are the discs hilghlighted in green for?

In my case, the whole car shakes violently. The car wasn't out of alignment before and I've done the wheel alignment after the bush replacement. So, I think I can exclude that possibility... Swivel rods, ball joints and steering box... Can't say. What I can say is that after the bush...

Yep, I read about it but only after having mine installed! If I can't fix this with anything else, for sure the bushes are the ones to blame.

I agree, the swivel joints could be one of the causes. The front left bearing was replaced not long ago, because I though the humming noise was from the front left hub, not from the radius arms. It happened mainly when turning right on acceleration or on heavy load on the front left of the car...
