For your average laning you just need some decent tyres, as you have done a 2" lift look for some 235/85s or 265/75s. If you are going near water then look at wading kit and snorkel. After that its a slippery slope :D

I fitted Durite electrical ones to my 300TDi and I am not convinced they are accurate. The oil pressure seems to sit at around 20psi and doesnt move not matter what the revs and the oil and water temps sky rocket, at a steady 60mph on a DC they get up to 110C on the coolant and 140C on the oil...

If you plan on sticking around here i would get a thick skin and then maybe another to wear on top of that for when you ask the usual noob questions :D If you have no interest in going offroad then just get a Freelander. You might also want to look a TD5 Discos or a 2.5D P38 Rangie.

If it was the box or pump i would expect it to go heavy not light. Light suggests the wheels are not connected to the steering arms. you need to get under it and have a look.

Got their in the end. Managed to cut the head off the pin with a dremel and then push the pin through, cut most of the other side off then push it back and it fell out. New ones now fitted :)
