There is a way, just crack the union off the top of the injectors and turn it over. I do it one by one with the engine running, seems to do the trick!

I personally prefer the TDi engines compared to the td5's. i like the torque curve and power delivery more, and the fact it is easy for me to look after! Its pretty simple to tweak the pump etc, not much point in messing with the turbo, its already at 1bar, any more and things wont last long...

ohhh thats not the injector pipe, thats the banjo bolt that holds the diesel leak off pipe on. if you can extract the bit that is showing by getting pliers or mole grips around it, then all is good and you can just replace that banjo bolt, if you cant, then it is looking like a new injector :/

The little plastic or fabric covered pipes that go in between the injectors and the a long one returns to the injection pump.

For the price of a full set of 4, its not worth just doing the one. it will probably be easier to take the whole lot off as one piece as they are all tangled in with each other any way. it is also worth changing the injector leakoff pipes. they are prone to breaking and are cheap as chips!
