good morning gents could any one tell me the colours of the wires going to the reverse switch from the fuse board as i,ve just puchased a 90 that has had a 200tdi enigine conversion but they didn,t put the wiring back for the reverse switch on the gearbox and if possible i would like to retrace...

the pins are pressed in , mine went i tried drilling them, i tried a big hammer none worked they where to solid and if you do get them out the outer hinges will be worn anyway, save your energy. i got two hinges from a scrap yard for £15, its ONLY two bolts and two rivets

i,ve just been offered a 90 with no mot it needs a couple of patch,s on the chassic for the mot,and a new bonnet and a lick of paint for her looks.its also had a 200tdi engine and box fitted the bloke wants me to make him a offer but i have no idea what its worth, any ideas would be helpfull...

My 300tdi was doing the same it turned out to be the glow plug relay, every morning it would be as flat as a pancake after it was disconnected it starts every time even at -6

disco 300tdi 1996 i decided to strip off my manifold and and allthe pipes from the turbo to clean them when i took the pipe from the cyclone breather to the turbo it was full of oil, probebly about a egg cup full. My question is should the cyclone breather stop oil getting through to the pipe?if...

the top one should be the inlet from your fuel tank, it should also have a arrow on it pointing to the lift pump

i had the same problem it turned out to be the return pipes on the injectors when the engine was cold the pipes where hard when the engine was hot the pipes went soft and became loose then started sucking air in, i put a new set of return pipes from the injectors to the fuel pump and it ran fine.
