Have no idea fitted one of front prop and one on rear prop on wife's green 90, during testing it developed a vibration when checked, the rear has so much play its crazy . Old UJ is still tight ! Rather than do it again I fitted a new rear prop. Both GKN uj's where pressed in not hammered.

Started stripping it down, will have to see if anyone took a before picture but it was Scruffy, Doors scrap gearbox no good ! will be a double cab hard top when finished. Oh and change of Colour

After cleaning up one 90 and rebuilding another, its easy to say the MOT man is on an earner ! But it needs over 1K in bits unless it needs a chassis then add another 2K then paint plus labour, If a good job is done it will sell for about 8K Hardly an earner

What do you need doing ?

You can't yours has the tabs welded to the rear cross member 200tdi type. The td5 type is better as it has a plate with the tabs that bolts to the rear cross member.

Should have had the adjustable rear tub mounting, that's what I had ! Still had to fight the Bugger

You can buy cans of Spray contact adhesive Find a commercial Flooring contractor locally to see if they can supply you with any. The old EVO-Stick type of contact adhesive is not only bad for your Brain it can melt certain foams and plastics

I'm struggling to understand how a late 90 that has a 200tdi only 20 years of crud and a 300tdi conversion ? if its a late 90 it has to be 1990 so should have 27 years of crud. I suspect you will find it might have started life as a TD,

Bungee came with it. could have had eyelets but wanted to avoid any excess scratching so had cut-outs instead.

Yes its PVC although I could have had anything, wife did not want cloth as she used to have a MG Midget and did not like the fact the Black Mohair faded and was hard to clean. Not had any flapping or noise at 70 it has four 1/4 turn fixings on the rail behind the cab and between the spare wheel...

Its really easy small screwdriver removes the e-clip then all the barrel mech comes out, Then depress the brass button with key in lock and remove the barrel. The mech can either be rebuilt into door lock and new barrel with key inplace pushed home Job done ! Oh and get it greased up !
