Hi Guys, Changing the timing cover on my 200tdi and was wondering what else should be done while its off? Is there anything else that might aswell be done while am there, and what seals should defiantly be changed. Any help would be great Thanks

Hey Guys, I have just bought a wipac led light kit for the 90 and need to find the correct tool to crimp the connectors. I had to buy these...

Yeah it is going to be easier fitting it with the cross member removed but the crossmember wont budge at all.

Hi, The down pipe on my 90 needed replacing, so ive cut the old one out. I am pretty sure I am going to have to remove the cross member in the chassis to put the put back on. Is there any tips? as up to now it wont budge at all which I presume is due to the chassis pushing against it.

Yes I know I left the metal bush pit so you could see the 2 bushes inside the arm. Are the bushes suppose to be touching? Or is that gap normal..

So I managed to cut the metal sleeving out. But I am still wondering whether or not I have the wrong bushes. Is there suppose to be a gap in between the bush or are these incorrect... Thanks

Yeah mate needs cutting out doesent it. could even see it before because there was so much dirt etc... How would you advice getting it out?

Think you might be right, when I looked earlier befoer I clean it, it looked like it was part of the arm. How do I get that out then? Thanks

Hello, I am changing the bushes on my 90 and have just got the bush kit(83-93). When I put the bush next to the radius arm the bush looked way over sied for that arm but I am not sure if it is suppose to be like that. I was thinking that maybe I ordered the wrong type for my vehicle. The 90...

Most of the parts have been done. To my understanding all I need to do is: Change the timing cover Get defender injector pipes 200tdi rad ( Yes all 200tdi rads are the same but this one has another one) defender 200tdi Radiator frame And I think there is a bracket for the fuel injection pump...
