Everything on the axles and suspension is brand spanker.... Apart from the front calipers. They were in good nick so just cleaned them up and put them back on. All the bearings etc have been replaced with timken. There are no leaks so it can't be caliper seals, when we first bled the brakes...

No, I didn't cut the inner sill away I slid the box section in between the fixed the inner with the body mounts on to the box. When the body mounts go I will weld the new ones on the to the box. This time I welded the box outside and plug welded from the top.... Its the brick weave driveway...
