A 110 CSW at full capacity is 12 seats ... nearly every insurer will only insure a max of 7 seats. I know NFU will insure 12 but not sure of the other two. I insure mine as a 7 seater and it doesn't matter as long as you never carry more than 7 people.

Hi all ... noticed a metallic grating sound coming from the transfer box on my new 200tdi 110. I thought time to drain and refill with EP90 so I undid the drain plug and out plopped a small amount of black tar and a little water! :o ... Filled up with EP90, took for a drive and when I got back...

5l of EP90 at Smith & Allen is £27.10 inclusive of VAT and delivery. Buy more and the postage gets cheaper. Very good quality oil and very quick delivery. ;)

I bought 3mm black wingtops from them and they were about £20 cheaper than others I saw. With those they also sent the black rivets ... not bad really I thought. Why don't you contact them and see if they can give you an off-cut? :)

I assume the glowplug light still worked as normal even with the plugs knackered? Think I may change mine too if this is the case ... light on mine goes out as normal but cold starts are a struggle :rolleyes:

My newly aquired 200Tdi is a little bit like this ... turn the key when cold and it would start but at very low revs and the battery light would stay on. I turned the adjuster on the accelarator cable yesterday and it seems to have cured it ... still very lethargic to drive until she warms up...

To use off road I assume? ... would be illegal to use on the road :o Also would be polite to introduce yourself in the relevant section before posting questions ;) Welcome.

If you wire roof lights up to high beam it is an MOT fail ... my old 90 was like that when I bought it and I had to change it. The only spots you can have on high beam must be below head light level. Roof lights must be operated by an independent switch and can be deployed on road when safe to...
