i have just got hold of the full mod service manual for all 12 and 24 volt landys and variants it has all the onfo anyone would need ,all wiring diagrams, military accessories etc ,even down to how to destroy the vehicle should you be in danger of being captured ! so if anyone needs any info...

hello mate , i think you will find that the forward member is standard on the chassis , it should sit at the bell housing of the gearbox and the flywheel housing of the engine joint, i would also recomend that you replace the the next member back for a military spec one it will need the anchor...
