    61plate defender 90 stolen

A new defender has adequate security and no need for the above if the owner is the only person in posession of the keys/remote!

    61plate defender 90 stolen

Surely a fender of that age has transponder technology and to steal it that quickly and quietly you have to have a programmed key for the immobiliser and a fob for the alarm I SMELL A VERY LARGE RAT!

    Air suspension fault codes???

Yeah went through Google which directed me to here, and various other Land Rover/ Range Rover sites but no luck, I'm using my works Omnitec which is a great bit of kit but has no definations for these codes!

    Air suspension fault codes???

I took a look at a friends L322 with full suspension lock-out (no LED illumination on switch controls). I scanned the air susp ecu and got codes 112 and 118 which I've Googled to death but cannot find a description anywhere. Anyway I cleared the fault codes and the system came back into life...

Considering a Saab 9-3 Sport Hatch

Remove and clean the oil strainer in the sump , put some engine oil flush in and change the engine oil. Also replace the crankcase breather pipes for modified ones. Other than that great cars just a shame GM **** on um!

    UK Land Rover Events?

I booked one for SHMBO at Gaydon and she absolutely loved it, she went round in a brand new Range Rover Sport which she had to be dragged out of:)

    Avon Dassett

To be fair when we got there it was pretty much over, there was a classic getting towed out by a fender and a V8 D1 drying out before a return trip and that was it!

Temp sensors and a bit of wiring issue

I think the third one (i take it you mean the one with two spades) is for the air con to kick the fans in! If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will be along to tell ya!
  18. stchris356

TD5 won't start with strange dash lights!

Had a quick look on RAVE and on 2000 and 2003 MY it's for the auto transmission or ignition coils on V8's?????

    fuel pump lines connected wrong

I think with a little research you'll find it's not bollocks, this procedure is programmed into the engine ECU for service technicians to prime and purge the fuel system manually and you won't find anything about it in the hand book as it's only supposed to be used by trained and qualified people!
