    TD5 snorkel

Morning guys! My Mrs wants to buy me a snorkel kit for my TD5, but she won't have the budget for a Safari. So my question is... Are the kits that are available for around the £100-£150 worth considering. I know there are some really naff kits available but there are also some that look very...

    Dynachip strikes again!

As it is just a data logger change on your pcm I don't think it's traceable without having the standard map to compare it to, so I don't think it would effect the insurance, don't quote me on that as I'm not 100% sure

    Dynachip strikes again!

The way I see it is if you drive it like a fairy it wont harm your engine and the extra torque will alow you to use less revs and you'll gain through better mpg, but if you want to give it some it'll pull nicely and smoothly Mine's done 103k but runs really nicely

Mike at Dynachip came out to me today and mapped my Discovery 2 TD5 manual, my mates Discovery 2 TD5 manual and his mates Discovery 2 TD5 auto... 3 happy customers, they all drive very nicely, no flat spots, loads of power and torque and fingers crossed better mpg once the power giggles are...

The recovery points seem cheap enough to buy, do I want to fit two front and two rear... it says they just bolt to the chassis... is it actually that easy?
