Thanks MHM I couldn't see any actual mats just the sound proofing system which is a little outside my budget at the moment. However I do quite like the look of the rubber checkerplate or is that frowned upon like normal checkerplate?

Yeah I found him, I didn't even realise there was another Dopey. I have had to take the mats out now as they are sodden and falling apart. Can you get rubber ones so they don't hold the water? I have had a look on fleabay but couldn't see any specifically for a landy.

At first I thought it was just a noise then I noticed that there was a bit more vibration from around the gearbox area roughly. Thanks agian

I am purely guessing as most of you will know my mechanical knowledge is almost noexsistant but t seems to be coming from that area. If ts not the gearbox what else do you think it could be.

Hello all, I noticed an intermitent vibration from my gearbox around 40mph. I realise that the gearbox in my 110 is going to be noisy and vibrate a fair bit but this is a very sort of localised vibration. Thanks for the help in advance

I would agree with everyone else and say be very very patient as I rushed into buying my 110 after writing my car off and it has been nothing but trouble so far. I would recommend that if you need a car then you buy a really cheap fiesta or such until you can find the right Landy then you will...

I was hoping my missus was going to hate my 110 but she loves it as much as me. :) She has also probably got more mechanical know how than me which I am embaressed to admit :o But as she drives more than me I can also blame her for the fact that it keeps going wrong.:mad:
