Depth n'all, the footbridge was pretty much underwater. My phone was outa battery else I would have taken a photo.

    Tirfor TU32

Gi's a chance, popped out for a pint or three. I'm after as much as it's worth / I can get. It'll be going to a good cause, bits for the Series. I think I paid about three and a half hundred quid for it and I would like to see most of that back as it's hardly been used since I had it.

    Tirfor TU32

Decided to put it on ebay, I need the money and haven't got anywhere to store it. IT'S HERE

Hopefully not, they're both new! (See the original post )

    Slack in drive train

I hear what you're saying divie. I don't know if I've got a particularly decent doosel but it pulls fine with the overdrive in, I could drive around all day with it. And that's with the timing chain being slack too! The only issue I can foresee is when I've got a ton of logs on the back and have...

Where abouts in the country are you? Come down Dorset, I just have to think about going for a drive for the motor to get filthy! Ps: You can add your location in the user CP...

    Slack in drive train

So, my Series (2a, 109 doosel) has a bit of a slack slap in the drivetrain and quite a noisy overdrive. I lucked across a couple of very good condition (I think one was recently reconditioned) diffs, have fitted them along with new props front and rear and inspected and repacked the bearings. I...

    Tirfor TU32

I'm going to have to sell my Tirfor, it doesn't get a great deal of use and I haven't got the space for it now I've moved. It's the biggy, TU32. With a gurt big coil of steel rope and two shackles. A 3' scaffold pole for the handle. Perfect working order. It currently resides near Swanage...

Timing belt OE, OEM, Britpart... SO CONFUSED

I meant Bearmach, blumming auto correct.

Timing belt OE, OEM, Britpart... SO CONFUSED

I'd say that it's best to avoid anything with Britpart written anywhere. Personally I'd go Bear machine OEM or LR. How much would a failed belt cost you?

Green laning and Bushcraft in Wiltshire.

I'd be up for some of that. I do a bit of greenwood furniture making and other forest crafty type things.

Don't forget your axle and gearbox breathers. If you've been bonnet deep it would be worth checking your tranny oils...

Little bit of North Dorset wet laning this weekend?

Soggy, in't it! My brother's staying and I though about taking him out for a bit of an Itchy experience - anyone up for a wee outing? Only thinking of heading out for an hour or two - Minterne Magna, Up Cerne, that kind of thing. Otherwise I might venture out on my own  Stand by LZIR!!!
