Personally I dont think mileage matters so long as its been looked after. My old M reg 300tdi had 162k on it, and the speedo had stopped working for some time so it probably should have been higher. If its been well maintained and it isnt falling to bits, dont let mileage put you off.

Yeah they are just show plates I had made :)

stuck with proper sand and olive drab. looks the dogs danglers now, even if we did rush it..... as we painted it the night before a transport show. And wired up the blue light on top, so that works now :) Also with its correct military number to match

And if its a Q plate, It wont be tax exempt :(

If the right offer comes along, then yes. I have just bought my first house so really I should get rid of some projects. Me and dad will be giving it a lick of paint soon. Not sure whether to keep it sand and green (cyprus colours) or black and green (british army camouflage). Im undecided.

Better still, we have some old ERF E series bunk beds with cab sized matresses on at work. Might have to get the blood stains and sweat out of them but would work a treat! Also got a few old D1 night heaters to make into 1 good one, trouble is, they are 24 volt. Wouldnt take much to rig up 2...

Yeah ive seen quite a few converted to campers in the back.... and most of them, badly. Im one for originality, I couldnt bring myself to rip all the gubbins out of the rear and ply line it for recreational use, I have a dodgy caravan for that! :D However, you could sleep on the stretchers...

Well folks, This POS has returned to the great british pot holed roads! 12 months MOT was issued yesterday after having the brake lights fixed, hand brake adjusting and a brake pipe cleaned + greased. I finally got the air out of the brakes by clamping the wheel cylinders shut with g-clamps...

not sure yet... It took me 4 days and 2 packs of beer to jet wash mine off from last time, and it still leaves lumps of mud on the drive hahaha. Might go coyney instead for a laugh. Will see closer the time. Scrap that, im on call 16th so coyney is a definate yes this month

yep comes with the territory of owning a landrover. Both of us have located the isolators near the batteries :)
