Ah well, the deed is done and my bank account now empty... :o I didn't get a DSE in the end as a nice 4.6 HSE with LPG came up locally and I got sucked in again by the petrol-head voices in my head.... Now have a seemingly very clean example that appears to have been well maintained - albeit...

I probably won't as I quite enjoy a challenge, but bank balance will almost certainly will and I suppose I should invest in a good pair of shoes too... :rolleyes:

Hi All, Just a quick introduction to say hello. I currently have a 1994 Discovery V8 with an early OMVL LPG kit, but looking to change to a P38 DSE in the next few weeks. Don't use the LPG much as prices around here are around 80ppl and mpg comes in around 8.5mpg! Petrol returns around 16mpg...
