No, other way round. Its off a newer landy. Same design with the hook on bulkhead wih the plastic bush but they dont fit. Spoken to local landy dealer who say there is only one but im sure the hooks havnt been bent. It must be something to do with the age difference cos the old one had all...

Got the bulkhead back on tonight only to find that the bonnet hinges dont fit. Typical land rover must have changed it or something. Hoping to get away with smaller hinge bushes. Anyone come across this?

No your fabrication is far better than mine! Youve got a lathe ffs!! I cheated and got a bulkhead off a mate. Its a newer s3 one(metric not imperial) but only needed the lowe footwells and one mount replaced. Quite pleased with how it turned out.

Fitted the new lift pump today, bled the system and it fired up pretty easily. Not bad for 10 years in a field !!! The turbo spins up nicely too! Time to attach the bulkhead soon.

Some of my weekend progress! :) Even managed to get some welding done to the chassis in between the drizzle! On the downside, tried to start the engine only to find a broken lift pump :(

I was also under the impression they were pretty good starters so definitly worth a compression test.

Only a couple of years out then. I imagine it must be a jumble sale of parts. Most of the panels are different colours under the white but as its registered as green thats the colour ive chosen. The bulkhead was originally green under all the paint.
