What colour are they and how dirty are they? I found jif works well but it's the sort of thing you dare only use once to twice and you'll need to condition the leather afterwards.

Could be something simple like a balancing weight has come off. Get the wheels balanced and see if it improves matters.

Very clean and tidy P38 V8 for about 5 grand, then something made in Germany/Japan for when the Rangey isn't working.

Leave the roof bars on (less the cross bars), but lose the side steps. :)

That's very good going. I'm getting about 12 to 14 on lpg but that's all rural lanes and brisk dual carriageway stuff. In a few weeks I've got a longish trip coming up so I'll be keen to see if the consumption improves. :)

WD40 did a good job of stopping the rocking chair in the nursery from squeaking, therefore it's ok in my book!

Thanks Wammers - my glass would be from the later VIN. My conversation with Land Rover just now informed me that P38s of my era left the factory with only one tint choice, so it seems strange that the AutoGlass tint seems so wrong - bluey to my greeny.
