another problem the rear suspension bushes(bottom) for a 96tdi disco,there seems to be 2 different sizes, can anybody help as to which 1`s would i need......... again thanks:doh:

hi people, looking for a bit of info,the drag link joint looks a bit knackered on my 96 300tdi disco its the one on the passenger side.these i understand are just the same as the track rod ends but 1 is left hand thread the other right hand, does anybody know which thread is the passenger side...

hmmm... a 96 n reg 300 tdi i can see 2 joints on the track rod which is behind the drag bar which has 1, they all look similar but i`m guessing 1 may be different

hi people, do disco`s have 3 track rod ends?(2 on the track rod,1 on the drag link bar) if not what is the 3rd one called and is it rh or lh thread i`m confused !!!!!!!!:confused:

was on yesterday about noise from my disco when moving, well after putting it on a ramp last nite i discovererd there were no locking pins holding the front drivers side brake pads in!!!!!!!!! i think this is the problem, next question.... can you buy these? also is the supposed to be a spring...

yeah i had changed my front prop recently coz it did the same made ringing noise then uj gave up, my mate told me bout the 2 arrows on the shaft should line up, as i didnt fit it i don`t know if they do, do you think it could be this?

mine was exactly the same few month back, same symptoms, was the head gasket but first try filling with water from the bleed screw on top of the thermostat housing it may be airlocked but more likely hg

hi, i had this dodgy ringing sound(it sounds like i`m dragging a chain along) from underneath my disco now for a month or so, it only happens when the vehicle is moving and comes and go`s as it please`s, if i dipp the clutch it does go a little quieter. i notice the transfer box is leaking so...
