Bought a stainless chassis rebuild kit off eBay before the build also, don't bother, more washers than nuts and bolts, waste of money

As above don't go for stainless on anything load bearing, just use them for things like bolting the washer bottle etc, not strong enough, just done a full chassis and bulkhead change so been here before, I used bapp for bolts, cheap enough if you buy in quantity

Brings back memories, a few of those still at the unit I arrived at all those years ago, great vehicles, usually find on an ex mil the chassis will be solid for the most part as they were always either covered in mud or at the wash down getting cleaned, nice project, well done
