They don't need one, better mpg too. System is over engineered for all environments and in the uk it just doesn't need it, took it off 2 years ago and even on a hot day through traffic it's fine

I had the same problem, even got hot going up hills in my 200, replaced the rad and have taken the fan off completely as it's no longer needed. On a 500 mile trip the water in the header tank was warm not hot so very happy now.

I doubt it will make much difference in performance either way

Mine does similar on 200tdi, performance unaffected and sick of chasing it now so i left it until something breaks then I can fix it, been a year now and still the same

Mines thrown in the back of the 110 for now until I decide where to put it, fear of theft stops me from securing on the outside

Mines a 94 200 and has no cat, if it fails the mot guy will stick it in another car, job done

200tdi, will run for ever and easy to maintain, tdci is poo

Mine has passed oil for years, blows a bit of smoke when cold and uses a little oil but should be fine for years to come. No play in turbo so until something lets go that's how it stays.

Fitted the Clifford 650 to my 200, got duel zone proximity on it so anyone gets close to it on my drive it squaukes and wakes me up, has a disclock too. I'd rather have something on it than nothing and most stolen are without security or just factory stuff which is useless.

I'm in Doncaster, had my 110 about a year now, fitted a Clifford 650 to mine with duel zone proximity, squaukes before you even get close to it and wakes me up if it does, also has a disclock on, I'm hoping those are enough to make someone think twice and go for an easier option. Also although...

Just got to work in my 200 tdi, everyday I wonder why I haven't put a better heater in brrrrrrrr, for the rest of the week it's moving the contents of my house, good old bus.

Have them on mine and they are perfect, however I had to sort through a box of them to find good ones as most were either seized or too lose

Have it on my wing tops and bonnet so I can stand on them for easy access to my roof rack for sea fishing etc, the chequer plate down the sides is holding my doors together : )

Had to pay £3000 for my 110 which then was as good as scrap, much work done and now it's awesome, love it, if your inexperienced and not too mechanically minded then the 110 will be a great way to learn, so easy to work on and most parts are cheap too. Getting it for free you can afford to throw...

Mine was waxed too, looked great until I prodded around, now sits on a galvanised chassis at much expense. Wouldn't even bother with service history, if it runs it's fine
