i had to get my mobile truck tyrefitter mate to come round and put his 1 inch square drive gun on it to get mine undone.

that post says 049s are for a manual? my auto has 049s fitted?what is different as my auto has always seemed to run ok?

whats the difference between 0445110030 and 0445110049 injectors???

surely if any of these faults existed it would not run perfectly once its started? no fault codes in system according to my code reader?

after a search i have checked the connections on the feul sensor on the filter head and i have frozen the cam sensor for a while but its still not starting

up untill recently my td4 has started faultlessy first turn of the key(one of the few things its done faultlessly),however last week it needed to be cranked for 10-15 seconds before it started....then it had a day or two when it was ok again. then yesterday after a 20 mile trip it had been...

i have taken my td4 auto on a couple of green laning trips and to a serious offroad site a couple of times and can honestly say the only thing that has stopped it is ground clearence.

my sport mode wasnt working at all...4 and F flashing on display. you select park then undo the nut on the gearbox end that secures the cable,then pull the end of the cable through as far as it will go...dont force it....then tighten the locknut. move through the gears then check it goes into...

its the rear wheels that are a problem,the fronts fit ok....the base of the rim dont fit the drum face properly...about 5 or 6mm of spacer takes care of the problem.

i had this problem,fitted jubilee clips to centralise the bar...failed mot on the roll bar bushes...new bushes fitted and its not moved since.

as below..TC and HDC.

i had 2 amigos intermittantly...changed brake light switch and problem solved.

from my experience if it says freelander on the motor then steer well clear...just spent ANOTHER day lying under mine fixing stuff! :mad:

oh,no keyway on the pulley,its just retained by the silly tight bolt.

assuming it has aircon then that damaged bit is the a/c condensor...if the a/c is getting cold then it still has gas in so although its dented its not leaking?
