wouldnt the best mod be to get a land rover that works,few and far between i know but should be a good start

is there anything distinguishing about the blue disco,(snorkel,lift kit or markings)as there are quite a few blue un's knocking about?

my 300tdi auto is still a baby then 179000 on the clock plenty of electrical problems but thankfully nothing mechanical YET:eek:

i've just had the same problem on miine ,easily sorted disconnect pipes on your heater matrix and last out the cap thats in it ,takes about half hour max,just be sure to check your coolant level afterwards,problem solved all being well.

run out of diesel yes i is a mong ,,now realised i must put some in now and again:doh:

looked at it cosidered starting it and though bollox to it:p

just of late i,ve started having nothing but trouble with my electrics,1st of half of my dash lights went out(problem now sorted) now ive no power t my drivers side electric window initially i thought it was the switch so changed it for another that worked ,no difference whatsoever still...

fitted new dash board bulbs and bybassed the inhibitor switch on the 300tdi can now start it :clap2:

Anyone got any ideas,i have a 300tdi es auto,and have just bled the air out of the water system,fitted a new thermostat but my heaters dont seem to be getting any hotter,so if anyones got any suggestions please advise,many thanks in advance:confused:

is my starter motor burgered or is it something else,,its a 300tdi auto and every now and again when i turn the key it fires straight away and now and again its like theres a machine gun going off,could it be the solenoid or the starter?

well after stripping my 200tdi for spare bits i decided to send what was left to the big disco graveyard in the sky ...........RIP Doris the disco:5bangelsad2:

cleaned out intercooler and inlet manifold and all associated hoses,and managed to take a piccy of it,might even get round to posting it on here
