Thanks for the replies guys. I wouldn't be doing fares as such, they'd be organised, pre-booked tours and there was a specific reason for using the 90 but I realise that it limits me on numbers and space. I'm trying to factor in whether the limited numbers on each 'hire' will justify the expense...

Nope, it's a 30 year old Kwaka Z750, not the Kwak Zephyr. The old Zeds at that age were built like flying bricks with a blockier tank etc., as originals. That's a Z650 tank, tailpiece and side panels on it to give it more fluid lines, Kuoni shocks, 4 into 1 etc. Kind of midnight black paint job...

As far as I know it's not illegal to run your vehicle on veg oil. Dunno about the 300tdi specifically but the 200tdi will run happily on 50:50. Just lower the ratio of veg oil to diesel or biodiesel in colder weather and check your filters regularly. Can be useful to have 2 tanks and run on...
