Having problems with the front wipers on a 300 tdi, the int setting does not work any more and if i switch off the wipers they stop dead, you then have to work them to the stop position. Would this be the wiper stalk or the relay as the windsreen had a bit of a leak?

front wipers, door handle ok the drivers door lock just turns.

I`ve just replaced both uj`s and all nuts & bolts on my front prop but it seems to be vibrating at about 35-40 under load. Does anyone know if the prop could be out of balanceor is there a certain way the prop has to go on?

Well i still havnt had any luck so i got the car up and removed the delay timer relay and it beeps SLOW 35MPH MAX but luckily its fine when i put it back in, for now anyway.

you`re right saying something isnt clicking the relay over, i`ve checked every fuse and checked the relay which does work and have found no power for the relay (other than the constant live) to click it over but thats as far as i can go. I realy need to find this problem as i need my height...

This method is only for models upto my99 but is a bit contradicting as the dipstick says on it to check cold while idling in neutral as you stated Nick the later models have to checked by the filler plug i believe.
