I also have a 1986 county but its the 2.5 petrol,I have done some modest changes like seats and bumber But have all the original parts in the loft if needed,although the interior is still in good condition with original carpets and rear seats.have a look at my album its the black 90

Just ordered some more bolt on goodies, just need a couple of nice.days to fit em,hopefully getting my new to me tyres fitted tomorrow or Saturday and just won a allisport cyclone breather,just need a fuel tank for my other 90 then its ready for mot :)

I have that step in back of landy,its great for helping wife in and out when her backs playing up And also helps me out when I'm doing owt in engine bay :)

Might be cheaper to leave it white with that lift , you will need the scaffolders in lol How high is it? And yeah gloss black,my defenders zambezi silver all over and thinking of a gloss black roof just to break it up a bit.

Just wondering what the difference is between the standard black plastic oil breather and the Allisport ones?obviously apart from the price and being nice and blingy ,whats the benefit if any in fitting an Allisport one.:confused:

That's your steering damper, Have you checked to see if your belts are still there ?steering shudnt be too heavy with power steering working proper.

Fixed a little petrol leak on the 90s fuel tank Then put a wooly sock on my defenders fuel cap to try an stop it from iceing up :D

Is the steering heavy ? Squealing ? Steering damper looks like a shock absorber

You had a butchers underneath? Have you got power steering? If so have you checked the simples stuff like fluid/leaks /power steering belt ?
