hi i think the guy and his machine got it dead right, if the alarm is triggered so is the immobiliser, and even though the solenoid clicks it still wont start cos the brain stays asleep, cheers

hi it sounds to me like you,ll end up divorced!! but if you have to do it there put the tarp down first then the 8x4 sheet of ply on top, the jack/ hoist will roll on the board and hopefully the tarp will contain any spillage, hopefully, if not has the mother in law got a sense of humour...
