No rising oil level and no white smoke on start up. I've bought some injector seals 'just in case' it gets worse. If I took the rocker cover off would there be anything to see if theres a slight blow by? I know my Merc had loads of crud around the injector but that had well and truly gone

DPF is in the exhaust and EGR in the inlet so it's not the same thing, if thats what you meant. I have an EGR on the daily driver but not on the D2. If they are going to start checking those too then it looks like I'll be using a bike (a push one as she wont let me have a motor one)

Thats not good news at all. I had the DPF removed from my daily driver and the car remapped last year because the DPF blocked. It's got a silencer in its place so I hope that will accept that as an aftermarket DPF. :scratching_chin:
