hi all on the front of my hippo i have some safari 5000 spot lights (genuine land rover) due to land rover excellent build quality the lenses have gone very rusty and crusty apart from buying more is there anything i can do to them to bring them back up to scratch cheers all

mine has none of the above looks like i will have to spend more of the kids christmas prezy money;)

hi all sorted the pond out in the boot floor cubby hole today while i was mopping out the water under the carpet noticed a white plug anyone no what its for it dosent go anywere its just there taped up:confused:

sorted the swimming pool out in the boot locker.the screws that hold the locker hinges in place go through the boot floor into some sort of plastic grommit thingy anyways screws are supposed to go through the centre of the grommets mine had missed completely and came out the side of the plastic...

i was looking for a master switch but i didnt want to pay the prices so i looked at the front fog switch works just as well. mine works a little differently master switch on then pull the set button speed increases pull res switch you slow down pull it twice in quick succession and the cc is...

Amen to that just surprised that it was so easy to get working. like i said earlier the hardest bit was the hole cutting of the steering wheel and getting hold of the master switch which i still dont have lol

up date cruise control works and works well only 2 problems i had were fitting the steering wheel paddles (no hole) so had to cut that and then realised didnt have the master switch so i improvised and used a front fog light switch(the one on the binicle) so anyway as a lot of peeps have said...

hi all had a good days shopping today at the local scrapyard 1 genuine sunglasses holder dash board cup holder m47 diesel cruise interface steering wheel paddle all for the princely sum of 20 english pounds:D:D:D:D

when your rear window goes down does it disappear in to the door .if not then i had the same problem turned out the wireing in the door had come adrift stopping the window going all the way down hence stopping the recalibrating procedure just a thought

had same problem up until a couple of weeks ago changed the throttle potentiometer now all is well until the next problem:rolleyes:

thats the turbo vent filter bud its supposed to just hang there hope this helps
