Thanks, fuel level I have checked, plenty of sloshing around in there :D, the sender unit and fittings are less than 12 months old but I will recheck and also check electrical, thanks.

It kicking down, the torque converter seems fine after doing a stall test.

Sorry for the slow reply here. I forgot to mention that a while ago it dropped all its gearbox oil on the motorway and it hasn't been the same since. Is there maybe some valves knackered now and friction plates? I debating putting another box on but would like to rule out any suspect easy...

Hi All, I recently changed the oil and filter in the auto gearbox and its not acting the same as it did before the change. Before the change it used to hold overdrive up hill at 60mph no issue and had to be pretty steep for it to kickdown. Since the oil change it kicks down at any opportunity...

New starter motor and fuel lift pump and it starts brilliant. I guess I will never find the issue but I replaced the starter, Lift pump and re-did all earths, I am happy again now :)
