Changed harness and rocker gasket today, cleaned out plug again seams fine after a run will keep pulling ecu out and checking for oil though and give it a spray. Thanks guys!

Just an update after having a sleep today I pulled the ecu out and the oil was dripping out of the plug before I even removed it, took it off and I cleaned it with brake cleaner and checked inside the ecu but none in there, started fine but after about 2 miles the missing started again so just...
