My number has VA before the last numbers. I take it i need the part from LA 930456 as my VA is after LA?

I have a 1997 300 tdi 110 CSW i am looking to order new front discs from paddocks. they have a couple of different choices, TO KA930455 or FROM LA930456 How do i work out which i need?

I have a 300 tdi CSW, when i release the handbrake the headlights dim slightly and you can hear the heater fan slow down, also if wipers are on they run slower! I disconnected the wire on the hand brake lever that lights dash warning light, thinking it was an earth problem but this made no...

I located the problem eventually! it would apear i have a bare wire within the chassis as if i pull wires out at rear of drivers side rear wheel the fuse does not blow, but if i push wires back in a bit it blows. i can't see any bare wire so it must be inside so it looks like i will have to cut...

what are the large fuses for in the engine bay of my 300 tdi? they are in a black box and range from 20 amp to 60 amp.:confused:

The fuse blew a couple of times for the right hand side lights and dash lights and now i have no head lights or rear lights. Have not found cause of original fuse blowing yet but don't understand why other lights have gone as head light fuses ok. any ideas?

I still like the idea of converting as it would be better for the dogs in back, however i keep thinking about losing the load space!!!!!! decisions decisions!!!

I have a 1997 110 defender csw and i am thinking of converting it to a double cab! in theory it should be possible! Has anyone done it?:eek:

Hi all, I have a 110 defender 300tdi, the high / low range lever has come loose, it still works but i am able to pull the lever up and out of its socket! how do i fix this please?

Hi all, I have a 97 110 300 tdi and i want to disconnect the immobiliser! It is a manual fob type (have to insert fob into dash before starting) the main connections for it are un the battery box under seat! Please help!
