Did you use sealer with anti mould stuff in it? .......... if not might be that going mouldy perhaps??:confused: This will sound daft but i assume you've checked all the seat pockets, under the seats etc for manky mackky d's leftovers etc .......... i know what my kids are like sometimes...

If you want to fit bigger tyres (taller) you'll need the lift to get the full benefit from em really as they might catch your arches on full articulation. HOWEVER ........... before the 300 got it's lift the arch trimming seemed to work ok with the 235/85/16's fitted :) As for the cranked...

I use these too ............. they're great for carrying your recovery strops etc ;)

Lift is 2" with Bearmach HD blues and ProComp ES9000 +2" shocks ........... also -2" droppers on the back and -2" turrets up front ....... and of course extended brake hoses ;) Tyres are 235/85/16 Kumho MT's ......... mod's required to fit these are ..... rear arches trimmed in lower rear...

Looks nice :D Heres the Mrs's 300TDI after a bit of "fettling" ;) Tubular bumper now removed along with steering guard (going on one of my 200TDI's) and replaced with bullbar and rebel steering guard ......... will update pics soon ;)

Strengthened steering bars might be a good idea too as the rear one is quite prone to bending when in deep ruts etc ;) IMHO the 2" lift fitted to the Mrs's 300TDI Disco has actualy improved it's road manners :D ............ i did use the Bearmach heavy duty grade blues though ;)...
