When i asked my MOT tester he looked it up and it just said they had to be equal distance and height but didn`t specify what the height was. as far as he was concerned my roof lights switched with main beam were perfectly legal.

It`s 3 roofracks!!!

Don`t need a relay for that, that`ll work of a 5Amp circuit not 40!!

You don`t need a relay for a radio, wire is a bit heavy but not a problem and 10A fuse for the radio should be ample

Worth checking as there may be enough power to light the LED but not enough to send a signal.

Battery in the remote?
