Cleaned out intercooler today, now when turbo comes in it whistles realy loud checked pipes seem on ok cant see any marks on cooler to say i damged it so any ideas?

Paddocks have got some at,s £90 each

I had simmaler problems with mine couldnt find any leeks, Biglad adviced changeing bags i thaught its not a problem all the time must be compressor, ride height sencors,the weather,volcano ash,i changed the bags no more problems

Whats a pushbike? thats my problem 2 minutes and im on a duel carriageway so have to get speed up

Out of curiosity to get 29mpg daily driving do you have to poodle around ive put new injector harness,new airflow, and de egr and still only get 20 i drive 5 miles to work so it only just gets warmed up a lot better on longer runs need to clean out intercooler will this make any differance?

I find mine noisy ok when torque is locked but viscus and engine way too loud dont know if needs looking at as got nothing to compare it too

I would use throttle mate the chances of cruising for any length of time on our roads are a pain it will give you chance to know your motor

As the big lad says go up to 60 back off the gas and it should drop in they take a bit of getting used too a car they aint

Front pipe allready decated thinking about centre pipe now,heard people say its noisy but if it masks the row the td5 makes might be next step

About a month ago egr gone never to be seen again

Took my MAP out today to give it a clean when i put finger in hole inside of manifold has oily gunk in it.Would it be right to assume intercooler is gunked es well and do i flush it

Have heard that wheels of a range rover give a terrible ride when put on a disco2 so maybe investigate before you buy mate

Was they all cheap?not a great start to owning a disco2 go for a good one or you will hate it :)

Why would you want to rev your car when cold? to make your turbo last let it tick over for a few minutes.Reving it when its just started will kill the turbo through lack of oil all diesels are sluggish when cold
